01 / THE STUDIO

Eight years, one method, no sales department.

Studio Jem was founded in Sardinia in 2018. Since then we've designed identities, websites, e-commerce platforms and applications for more than 65 companies: hotels and resorts, wineries, restaurants, professional firms, construction companies, associations.

We're an independent studio. That means the person designing your project is the person you talk to, there's no account manager in between, and we say no to work we can't do well.

We work from Sardinia — an advantage rather than a limit. We understand the hospitality and food markets here better than anyone arriving from outside, and we work with clients across Italy and abroad without distance ever making a difference.

Our work doesn't end at delivery. A website nobody finds, a brand nobody recognises and a store nobody uses are failed projects, however beautiful.

Behind Studio Jem is Eduard Costin: born in Bucharest, trained in internet and telecommunications, in Sardinia since 2018. Design and code come from the same hand.

During Covid he built iOS and Android apps for local businesses that couldn't wait for digital any longer, and the Region of Sardinia's platform for the Sardinian language, in its Logudorese and Campidanese variants.

Today he works with hotels, wineries and companies across Italy. The rules haven't changed since day one: few projects, done well, with a single point of contact.

How we work.

Listen

We start with a conversation, not a quote. We want to understand how you make money, who your customers are, what you've already tried and why it didn't work. Half the problems brought to us aren't design problems — they're positioning problems in disguise.

Strategy

Then we decide what's actually needed. Often less than you'd expect: a clearer structure instead of twenty pages, three good messages instead of thirty mediocre ones. Value lives in what we remove, too.

Design & Build

Design and development move together. You see the project grow in real, testable environments you can open on your phone — not in a PDF of mockups. Every visual decision gets verified where it counts: on a small screen, on an ordinary connection.

Growth

Launch is the beginning. We set up analytics and Search Console, measure what actually happens, and correct. If you need SEO, campaigns or content, we handle that too. If you don't, we'll tell you.
