Context
Green Tech Costruzioni builds dry-assembled steel houses — light steel frame — from Sardara, in the Medio Campidano. When they started, that way of building had no name people actually used in Sardinia: anyone searching typed «prefab houses», and found industrial sheds.
Challenge
A company selling a technology the market cannot yet name has two problems in one. It has to explain what it does, and it has to be found by people who do not yet know what to call it. The second one is not solved by a «services» page.
First: the brochure and the first website
In 2021 the work started on paper and with a debut website. The brochure is a four-panel fold: outside, the claim that states the whole job — from design to delivery — inside, the four pictograms that have stayed the backbone of the argument: seismic, insulated, economical, quality. The cover is not a house: it is a family on a sofa with a roof drawn above their heads.
The first site already carried the catalogue split into three lines — classic, modern, rustic — and the signature «prospettiva di vita». That catalogue outlived everything else: it is the structure today's site inherits.
The rebuild
Four addresses, four questions. The pages are not called «services»
and «about us». They are called /case-in-acciaio-steel-frame/,
/general-contractor-sardegna/, /case-a-secco-sardegna/,
/costruzioni-case-sardegna/sanluri/. Each exists because someone types
that thing, and each answers in full instead of pointing at a contact
form.
The building site is the content. Casa Sanluri, 165 square metres, energy class A4: excavation, slab, frame erected in twenty-one days, insulation, finishes. Every phase with the photographs taken that day and five clips shot inside the site, with no commentary. It is not a gallery of finished work — it is proof that the stated timings are the real ones, and timing is the first thing a client is afraid of.
The wall build-up is something you look at. «Thirteen layers, one wall»: the Knauf package drawn exploded, and beside it the list layer by layer with what each one does. It is the page a designer reads before recommending the builder, and it is written for them, not for the homeowner.
An assistant that answers when the office is closed. Greeny opens with six shortcuts that are the six real questions: costs, site timing, projects, seismic performance, sustainability, contact. People look for a house in the evening, and in the evening nobody picks up the phone.
Two themes, light and dark. Green stays the only colour in both, and in both it is the colour of the things you can click.

The result you can check
On Google, today, «case in acciaio sardegna» opens with an AI Overview. The definition of light steel frame at the top cites Green Tech Costruzioni as its source, and further down, under «companies and reference projects», it reads: «Green Tech Costruzioni: operating in Sardara, positions itself as a general contractor for dry steel frame buildings».
That is not a ranking position. It is worth more, and there is only one way to get it: writing in full, on pages with an address of their own, what everybody else leaves implied.
