WHAT DOES THE START OF COOPERATION LOOK LIKE?

After a telephone conversation, meeting or reading the topic described by you in the mail, we advise the best solutions, we clearly define the full scope of work, their final appearance and operation in favor of your company. This stage is free and we don’t charge you.

HOW DOES THE COOPERATION WORK FORMALLY?

After determining the scope of work, schedule, deadline and price, we sign a contract. After completing the works, we will issue a VAT invoice.

HOW MANY PROJECT PROPOSALS CAN I CHOOSE?

In the case of logo or print projects, at the beginning, we propose 3 different projects, one of which you choose to develop further. We introduce corrections and changes to your full satisfaction.
In the case of websites, we propose one project of the main page and subpages, as well as inspirations of the best industry pages to easily determine what appearance and functionalities suit you best.

ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN COSTS OR A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION?

No. You know the total cost before starting work. We do not charge subscription fees. You pay only once. The price includes a lifetime warranty and archiving of your projects, photos, pages, logos. Annual fees are subject to domain and hosting in an external company.

WILL THE SITE HAVE A CMS ADMINISTRATIVE PANEL?

Yes. Each page will have a content management panel and access for you and other people you indicate. In addition, you will get full support from us on how to navigate the panel and independently make any changes to the content. We will also introduce changes to the content for you if you do not have time for it.

I NEED TO HAVE ALREADY BOUGHT MY DOMAIN AND HOSTING?

If you do not have a reserved domain, we will take over the domain and hosting with a reliable service provider by setting up an account for your company. Invoices will come to your data every year and only you will be the owner of the company’s domain.

DOES MY SITE NEED AN SSL CERTIFICATE?

This is not necessary for simple information pages. Although it is increasingly recommended for security reasons and a positive image of caring for users. It is required in online stores where users provide private data and make online payments.

WHAT ARE THE COSTS OF MAINTAINING A WEBSITE?

The cost of maintaining the site is associated with annual fees for the domain, hosting and possibly the SSL certificate protecting the domain. Domain costs are in the range of 8-17 EUR / year, hosting from 12 EUR / year and the certificate is about 20 EUR / year. The mail accounts in the company domain use the surface of hosting and are included in its price. You can find quality services at reasonable prices on Aruba.it , one of the biggest hosting provider in Italy.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO PRINT GRAPHIC DESIGNS?

Each project is finally prepared for printing in accordance with the principles of printing. Before printing, it is sent to the customer to check the details and acceptance. The customer can take care of the printout on their own or make a special request to us to send the order to a checked printing house. In this case, the payment is cash on delivery ( 10-30 km max distance from our office ) or with bank transfer in 3 business days.
The invoice for the print will come via e-mail.

WHICH PHOTOS ARE BEST USED ON THE WEBSITE AND IN GRAPHIC PROJECTS?

Pictures for page design and graphic materials can be own or purchased from photo databases. Before starting work on the company’s image, it is worth to make a good quality photo session of the company, products and employees. If you cannot provide good/high quality photos we can search them in photography databases and purchase them after your acceptance.

WILL IT BE POSSIBLE TO ADD LANGUAGE VERSIONS OF THE PAGE?

DO YOU HELP CREATE SOCIAL PROFILES?

Yes. We assume and configure profiles on Facebook, YouTube, Vimeo, etc. We assume mailboxes, an account on Google Analytics for every customer. We set up Google Adwords campaigns and Facebook promotions.

WHAT ELSE CAN WE DO TO GROW YOUR BUSINESS?
