Context

hoopit is an operating system for restaurants and hospitality. One SaaS product covering QR menus, bookings, zero-commission takeaway, WhatsApp automation, CRM, inventory, analytics and multi-venue management. Built for restaurants — and just as much for hotels, villas, boats and concierges, each running only the modules they need.

Challenge

Eight modules in one product, without turning it into bloated back-office software. Every business works differently, so nothing could be mandatory. One hard rule from day one: customer data belongs to the venue, forever — not to a third-party platform. And the whole experience had to work mobile-first.

Strategy

A modular architecture: 8 integrated modules, activated on demand. Start with a QR menu or bookings, add the rest when the business needs it. For chains, hotel groups and agencies, a white-label multi-venue console with super-admin control: many venues, one panel, their own brand.

Design

Mobile-first across three surfaces: the QR menu on the guest's phone, the iPad on the dining floor, the desktop back office. The dashboard leads with KPIs — revenue, orders, top dishes, peak hours — in real time, readable at a glance.

Development

Online bookings run 24/7 with automatic confirmations, cutting no-shows by 80%. Zero-commission takeaway, WhatsApp automation, inventory and a proprietary CRM keep customer data with the venue. Real-time analytics cover the whole platform, and every module switches on when needed.

Results

hoopit now covers a venue's full flow: menu, booking, order, customer data. Businesses activate the modules they need and grow on the same platform; chains and agencies resell it under their own brand. Live at hoopit.app.
