Context
Flow is Valentina Lai's Classical Pilates studio in Porto Cervo, on the Costa Smeralda. Her teaching is personal, her clients are international, and they come to the studio to work with her. The studio needed a website that put the person before the service — calm and precise, like the practice itself.
Challenge
Two offers under one name: in-studio lessons in Porto Cervo and on-demand online classes on a dedicated platform. The site had to hold both without confusion, speak Italian and English to an international clientele, and make bookings, Gift Cards and direct WhatsApp contact immediate.
Strategy
Valentina's personal story leads: who she is, how she teaches, where. The editorial site tells that story and converts; the online classes live on a dedicated subdomain, app.flowportocervo.it — connected, but separate. Fully bilingual IT/EN from the first page, built for guests who experience the Costa Smeralda in English.
Design
Refined, like the location: a nude and peach palette, elegant serif typography, dynamic photo galleries that bring you into the studio — light, movement, atmosphere. The design doesn't shout; it accompanies, the way the practice does. Person, place and method alternate in one continuous visual story.
Development
A bilingual IT/EN site with parallel content in both languages. The on-demand classes platform integrated on its own subdomain, app.flowportocervo.it. Gift Cards, bookings and direct WhatsApp contact as the conversion paths. Dynamic galleries kept light, so the site stays fast on mobile.

Results
Flow now has one digital home for both sides of the studio: lessons in Porto Cervo for the international Costa Smeralda clientele, and on-demand classes for anyone practising from anywhere. Valentina's story runs through it all, in two languages. The site is live at flowportocervo.it.
