Google Ads campaign management
We bring customers in from Google searches, with numbers you can read.
We run Google Ads for businesses that want customers, not clicks. Search campaigns to intercept people already looking for what you sell, Performance Max for e-commerce and lead generation, conversion tracking configured before the first euro of ad spend leaves your account.
We work with local businesses that live on direct enquiries, online stores that need every order to add up, and platforms that acquire users continuously. Since 2018 we've delivered over 200 digital projects, and campaigns get the same treatment as everything else: measured, or not run.
The difference between a campaign that pays and one that burns budget is rarely a secret setting. It's data: what people actually search for, what happens after the click, what a conversion is worth to you.
What's included
Search campaigns. Text ads on high-intent searches: someone typing "roadside assistance" or "renovation quote" already has a need — you just have to be there first. We structure the account by intent, write the ads, and prune search terms and negative keywords weekly so you never pay for searches that have nothing to do with you.
Performance Max. Google's automated campaign covering Search, Shopping, YouTube, Display and Gmail. Strong for e-commerce with a clean product feed and for lead generation with properly tracked conversions — terrible when fed dirty data. We prepare audience signals, assets and the feed before switching it on, not after.
Conversion tracking. GA4 and Google Tag Manager set up to record what counts: form enquiries, phone calls, orders with their value, WhatsApp clicks. Consent Mode v2 keeps you GDPR-compliant without giving up measurement. Without it, Google's algorithm optimises blind — and you pay for it.
Dedicated landing pages. Sending paid traffic to your homepage is the fastest way to waste it. We design pages with one goal, one message and a form or phone number that's impossible to miss. From €900, one-off, and yours to keep.
A monthly report you can read. No forty-column exports: what we spent, what we got, what we change next month — with the decisions written out, not just the numbers.
Budget management. You pay the campaign budget directly to Google, from your own account: we allocate it and shift it towards what performs. No hidden markup on ad spend.
How we work
01 — Demand analysis. Before opening the campaign editor we look at real search volumes, sector costs per click, your margins. If the numbers don't add up — demand too thin, CPCs your average sale can't sustain — we tell you before, not after three months of spend.
02 — Technical setup. Tracking, GA4, Tag Manager and Consent Mode configured before a single ad goes live. If a landing page is needed, it's designed now. The least visible phase, and the one that decides everything: a campaign without conversion data can't be optimised — it's just spending.
03 — Controlled launch. We launch with a contained budget and a simple structure: few campaigns, clear intent. The first weeks collect real data — which searches bring enquiries, which just cost money.
04 — Continuous optimisation. Every week: search-term reports, negative keywords, ad tests, bids and budget adjusted towards what converts. This is what separates active management from an account left on autopilot.
05 — Reports and decisions. Every month you get the report and we talk it through: what we keep, what we switch off, where it's worth spending more. Campaigns aren't equipment you install once: they improve only if someone is watching.
Tools and stack
Google's official stack, no shortcuts: Google Ads and its Editor, Keyword Planner for search volumes, GA4 and Tag Manager for measurement, Looker Studio for reporting, Search Console to cross-check paid against organic. For online stores we configure Google Merchant Center and the product feed — the foundation of any Performance Max campaign that actually sells.
Landing pages are built with the same stack as our websites: fast, mobile-first, measurable. A page that loads in two seconds on a phone converts more and costs less: Quality Score rewards the landing experience, and cost per click drops with it.
Without data, campaigns fly blind
This is where most accounts fail: Google Ads today is a machine-learning system that optimises towards the conversions you declare. Count every visit to the contact page as a "conversion" and the algorithm learns to bring you curious visitors, not customers. Leave phone calls untracked and half the value of your campaigns stays invisible.
That's why tracking comes first, and why our reports separate real enquiries from clicks. The number we care about isn't CTR: it's what a quote request costs you, and whether that cost works with your margins.
When Google Ads makes sense (and when it doesn't)
Google Ads pays when there's active demand: someone, right now, searching for what you sell. Urgency is the clearest case. For CDA Servizi Auto we built a site for people stranded on the road searching "roadside assistance" from a phone: direct call in plain sight, the shortest path from search to contact. Intent like that is where Search works hardest — the user decides in minutes, and whoever shows up first with a fast page wins.
It also works for continuous acquisition. For AVOY, Sardinia's zero-commission travel marketplace, the challenge isn't a single spike but a constant flow of hosts and travellers — campaigns, dedicated landing pages and per-user value measurement working together.
And when doesn't it? When nobody searches for your product yet — that calls for building demand with content and social, not buying demand that doesn't exist. When the landing page isn't up to the traffic you're paying for. Or when the budget is too small to generate enough data to optimise. In those cases we say so and propose a different route: sometimes the answer is SEO, which costs work but not clicks; sometimes it's fixing the site before turning the traffic on.
What it costs
Management is €400 a month: setup, weekly optimisation, monthly report. The campaign budget is separate, paid directly to Google from your own account — you set the ceiling, we make it perform. A dedicated landing page starts from €900, one-off.
The Google Ads account is yours, opened in your name: history, data and campaigns stay with you even if you stop working with us one day. It sounds like the bare minimum; in this market it isn't.
Want to know whether Google Ads makes sense for your business? Configure a quote and tell us what you sell: we'll tell you if the numbers add up before we start, not after.

Frequently asked.
Management is €400 a month and covers setup, weekly optimisation and a monthly report. The campaign budget is separate: you pay it directly to Google from your own account, and you decide it — together with us, based on your goals.
It depends on your sector, your area and how much clicks cost in your market. Local campaigns can start from a few hundred euros a month; an online store needs more to generate enough data to optimise. We define it together during the analysis phase, with real search volumes on the table.
Traffic arrives from day one; stable results don't. The first weeks are for collecting conversion data; from there, optimisation brings your cost per enquiry down month after month. Be wary of anyone guaranteeing results within a week.
You do. We open it in your name, you pay the budget directly to Google, and the campaign history stays with you even if you stop working with us one day.
Yes. We run Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, also at €400 a month for management with budget excluded. It's a separate service from organic social media management.
